Please select a subject based on the following:

Want to Volunteer/Donate: should be used by anyone who would like to become a Peppertree volunteer or would like to donate to Peppertee.

General Inquiry: should be used for anything that doesn't fit into the other categories.

Peppertree Adopter: should be used only by people who have a dog on trial placement or who wish to communicate about a dog they have adopted from us in the past.

Inquiry About A Dog: should be used only by people who have already submitted an adoption application. If you have not done so, please complete the form and contact us again after you receive your acknowledgment letter.

Request to Surrender: you must also fill out a surrender application. You will be contacted only after we receive the completed application.

Report a Technical Problem: Having a problem with the site? Let our webmasters know. Please provide as much detail as possible.
